By allowing customers to use their own containers, we eliminate the need for additional packaging and reduce the amount of waste generated. Reusing and recycling existing containers is an easy and effective way to reduce our impact on the environment. We encourage our customers to get creative and repurpose their own containers, and even share their ideas and photos with us using the hashtag #showyourcontainer #tidalovebeauty to spread the word about the importance of sustainability. And don't forget to label your containers, so you always know what's inside.

We all know that plastic can be a real problem for the environment - it takes a long time to break down and can harm wildlife and even get into our own food and water. On the other hand, tins are a much more eco-friendly option. They are made of at least 25-100% recycled metal, so they're good for the planet right from the start. Plus, once you're done with the product, you can clean the tin and reuse it, or even recycle infinite times.

Our tins are premium food grade quality, but we do not recommend to use them with liquids or wet ingredients.

Always make sure to keep the lid on your container, and store your products in a cool and dry space like a cabinet or a drawer. You can also display them on the counter for easy access.

• Start by washing your hands to ensure they are clean and free of any impurities.
• Take a single bean out of the container and place it in the palm of your hand.
• Wet your face with lukewarm water.
• Crush the bean with your fingers to create a powder consistency, making sure not to add too much water, as this can make the beans ineffective.
• Add a small amount of water to the crushed powder, and rub the mixture between your hands to create a paste.
• Gently massage the paste onto your face, focusing on areas that need extra attention.
• If you're using it as a wash-off mask, leave the lather on your face for 1-2 minutes before rinsing off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
• Pat your face dry and follow up with your favorite moisturizer.

• Begin by taking out one sheet for adults or half a sheet for children.

• Hold the sheet under warm running water until it fully dissolves and forms a rich lather.

• Use the lather, give your body a good cleanse

• Rinse thoroughly with warm water and enjoy your clean and silky skin.

• Refill your container when you run out of sheets.

• Take one tablet out of the container and place it in your mouth.
• Chew the tablet until it becomes a creamy paste.
• Brush your teeth as you normally would, using the paste as you would a traditional toothpaste.
• Spit and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
• Enjoy your fresh, clean smile!

Yes, Tidalove's products are incredibly travel-friendly. Because they come in pre-portioned waterless form. You don't have to worry about carrying around bulky containers of liquid or worrying about spills or leaks. You won't have to worry about TSA holds or any other travel restrictions.

We use the word “tablet” for toothpaste and “bean” for cleanser. The toothpaste tablets are smaller and more narrow, while the facial cleansing beans are more circular in shape.

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples of our products. Our goal at Tidalove is to be as waste-free as possible, and offering samples often results in a significant amount of unnecessary waste. We understand that samples are a great way for customers to try a product before committing to purchasing a full-sized version, but we believe that the waste generated from samples outweighs this benefit. We encourage our customers to read the product descriptions and ingredient lists on our website before making a purchase to ensure that the product will work for them.

No, our facial wash beans do not produce a lot of foam. Instead, they create a gentle gel like lather. This lather ensures a gentle yet effective cleanse for your skin.

Our products are sulfate-free, paraben-free and microplastic-free in formulation and packaging. We follow EWG’s database to select ingredients that rank little to none in toxicity. Our products do not contain synthetic perfume. We do use essential oil that may cause an allergic reaction for some. 

Our vegan, plastic-free refillable floss is made of plant based polylactic acid and candellia wax. Each bottle of floss contains 30 meters, which should last about 4 months if you floss once per day! 

Bamboo is considered a grass and is known to be a highly renewable and sustainable resource. Our toothbrush is made of moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis). It is wild grown in the mountains of China using little water and no pesticides. Our bamboo toothbrush and toothbrush holder is compostable.

We follow the FDA regulations, South Korea’s cosmetic regulations and the EU’s ingredient health and safety guidelines that prohibit the use of over 1,300 ingredients.

✔️ Tidalove will automatically renew your Subscription and charge your Payment Method depending on the Subscription shipping frequency chosen by you and, as authorized by you by agreeing to the automatic renewal of your Subscription during the Subscription sign-up process.

✔️ Your Payment Method will be charged at least one full business day prior to your next Subscription shipping date. We will charge your Payment Method with the applicable cost for your Subscription, along with any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Subscription.

✔️ To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Subscription. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on the Membership and Box shipping frequency selected) until you cancel.

When your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 5 -10 days from the ship date to arrive.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States (ie. if an order is placed on a Friday after 10am EST, it won't be processed until Monday morning). Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days from the day it shipped to arrive to its final destination.We don't do rush shipping, but if you need it in a hurry, please email us you place the order and we'll see what we can do.

Tidalove ships to all 50 states and military APOs. However may incur longer shipping times.

We currently only ship within the United States and are working on adding international options soon. If you’re outside of the U.S., email us and we will let you know when we’re available in your area.

Please note refills or subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged. Toothbrush and Floss are not eligible for return.

We only accept new products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to prevent delays.

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Tidalove more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. Bulk orders, or orders over $80 are ineligible for return, but subject to additional evaluation by the Tidalove Team.
