Refund policy

At Tidalove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your Tidalove products, please email us at hello@Tidalove.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Please note that refills or subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation after they have been charged. Additionally, toothbrushes and floss are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges, and return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance to prevent delays and ensure safe delivery. Please include your name and order number in the package.

Requests for refunds must be received by Tidalove within 30 days of the original shipment date. We do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. Bulk orders or orders over $80 may be ineligible for return, but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
