How to Use
- Soak the facial wash bean in warm water to soften it.
- Crush the bean and create a paste by rubbing your hands together.
- If the paste feels too thick, add a small amount of water to make it smoother.
- Gently apply the paste to your face using circular motions.
- Massage the paste into your skin until it turns clear.
- Rinse off the paste with lukewarm water, ensuring that every last bit is removed from your face.
- Pat your face dry with a clean towel, being careful not to rub your skin too hard.
If you want to use the facial wash bean as a mask:
- Apply the paste to your face and leave it on until it dries.
- Rinse it off with warm water to reveal super smooth and refreshed skin!
After washing your face, pat it dry and follow up with your favorite moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and glowing.

- Begin by taking out one sheet for adults or half a sheet for children.
- Hold the sheet under warm running water until it fully dissolves and forms a rich lather.
- Use the lather to give your body a good cleanse.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and enjoy your clean and silky skin.
- Refill your container when you run out of sheets.
- Remember to store in a dry area to prevent the sheets from getting damp.

- Take one tablet out of the container and place it in your mouth.
- Chew the tablet until it becomes a creamy paste.
- Brush your teeth as you normally would, using the paste as you would a traditional toothpaste.
- Spit and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

When you subscribe, you will enjoy:
- For toothpaste tablets: 15% off your first delivery, then 20% off after the 2nd delivery. Toothpaste tablets are conveniently delivered every 4 months.
- For other products: 10% off your first delivery, then 20% off after the 2nd delivery. You can choose between monthly or every 2-month deliveries.

We have come up with a clever solution to minimize waste and reduce our impact on the environment. The toothpaste package is too small, so it is wasteful to send only one at a time. Instead, we will send them every four months. Our toothpaste refills are conveniently delivered in packs of 4, spaced every 4 months. This way, you will always have an ample supply of toothpaste without excessive packaging. It is our small contribution to reducing shipping materials and emissions.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have made a change regarding the tin container. While we no longer include a free tin container with the subscription, we encourage you to promote reuse by using your own container. If you would still like to receive a tin container with your subscription, simply let us know in the checkout notes. We will happily provide one free of charge, ensuring you have a stylish and reusable container.

- Tidalove will automatically renew your Subscription and charge your Payment Method depending on the Subscription shipping frequency chosen by you and, as authorized by you by agreeing to the automatic renewal of your Subscription during the Subscription sign-up process.
- Your Payment Method will be charged at least one full business day prior to your next Subscription shipping date. We will charge your Payment Method with the applicable cost for your Subscription, along with any shipping and handling costs and sales or similar taxes that may be charged with your Subscription.
- To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Subscription. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis (depending on the Membership and Box shipping frequency selected) until you cancel.
- Cancelling your Subscription will prevent only future orders from processing but will not cancel any orders previously charged.
Shipping & Returns
When your order ships, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.
Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
Orders will usually be shipped within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 5-10 days from the ship date to arrive.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday after 10am EST, it won't be processed until Monday morning. Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

- Memorial Day

- Christmas
We hope you love your Tidalove Products but if you're not 100% happy, please email hello@Tidalove.com within 30 days of receipt of your order so we can help.
Please note refills or subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged. Toothbrush and Floss are not eligible for return.
We only accept new products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to prevent delays.
We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Tidalove more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. Bulk orders, or orders over $80 are ineligible for return, but subject to additional evaluation by the Tidalove Team.
